Responsibilities- Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target‑driven environment.
