Salary: £40,000 + monthly bonus + company vehicle

Location: Nationwide travel (average 42 hrs/week, 5 days out of 7)

The Role

As an Electrical Site Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electrical across our retail network. From preventative servicing to rapid response repairs, you’ll make sure every site operates at its best – in all conditions.

Your Day Could Include

  • Carrying out electrical servicing and inspections to keep sites safe and compliant.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing faults on-site or guiding colleagues remotely through quick checks.
  • Supporting innovative energy solutions such as solar panels and alternative power sources.
  • Working closely with suppliers to deliver permanent fixes, not quick patches.
  • Collaborating with our Maintenance Manager and wider team to ensure seamless operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, keeps safety front of mind, and enjoys the variety of working across multiple sites.

About You

  • An electrical bias with multi-skilled maintenance experience.
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition / NVQ / equivalent).
  • A strong track record in electrical fault finding, repairs, and compliance.
  • A working knowledge of general building services and mechanical maintenance.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and communicating with a wide range of colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to Health & Safety at all times.
