Responsibilities:- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
- A current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
