About the Role
- Job: Hybrid Branch Manager
- Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE 34,120)
- Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
- Buy cars and ensure efficient running of your branch, being the main point of contact with customers.
- Contact customers, prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
- Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements
- A current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
