About The Role
- Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
- Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and we are growing FAST! We have over 500 branches and are opening more sites each month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Responsibilities:
- First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches.
- You are the main point of contact for our customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
- Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
