About The Role

  • Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
  • Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities:

  • First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches.
  • You are the main point of contact for our customers.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
