About The Role

  • Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
  • Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch.
  • You are the main point of contact for our customers.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.

Requirements

  • A current full UK manual driving license
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
  • Excellent administration and IT skills
