The predicted salary is between 28200 - 28200 £ per year.

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

  • Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.

Requirements

  • A current full UK manual driving licence.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
