We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused eCommerce Website Manager to help us manage the daily operations of our website. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of eCommerce or digital experience looking to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day website operations, managing content updates, launching promotions, fixing errors, and ensuring everything on-site runs smoothly. You'll work closely with our design, marketing, and technical teams to support product launches, campaigns, and improvements to the user experience.
Can You?
- Upload and maintain product listings, categories, images, pricing, and metadata in Magento
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discount codes, and site-wide offers
- Monitor the site daily to identify and correct issues such as broken links, outdated content, and incorrect pricing
- Coordinate homepage updates, banner uploads with content changes
- Support content launches and merchandising for new products and categories
- Review the competition, spot gaps in the range, and suggest changes
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and basic SEO best practices
- Liaise with the design, tech, and marketing teams to troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly
- Run basic site performance checks and help report on campaign outcomes
- Support ongoing improvements to the customer experience based on feedback and analytics
- Respond to security and website performance issues
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a digital or eCommerce role
- Hands-on knowledge of Magento or a similar eCommerce CMS
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent, accurate approach to managing content
- Confident using a range of digital tools and back-end systems
- Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of basic SEO and eCommerce merchandising best practices
- Comfortable analyzing data and making fast, informed decisions
- Confident presenting ideas and updates at all levels of the business
- Experience managing external marketing or promotional campaigns
- Bonus: familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, or basic HTML/CSS
