About WeBuild-AI: WeBuild-AI is an AI native transformation consultancy. We build production‑grade AI solutions that deliver transformational value for global enterprises across financial services, energy and utilities, manufacturing and CPG, and beyond. Our work spans AI strategy, custom AI products, agents, AI‑ready data platforms, and AI native engineering, delivered by a team that is AI‑first in how we think and how we work.

We are a fast‑growing, founder‑led business with a reputation for turning ambitious AI ideas into systems that run in production. Our customers include some of the most recognisable names in banking, investment, private equity, energy and industrial markets.

The role: We are hiring a Senior Designer to own design and contribute to brand evolution as we scale our marketing function. You will work with our Marketing Lead on integrated campaigns, strategic brand direction, and maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints. You will have significant autonomy to own discrete projects end‑to‑end, the judgment to push back on creative direction when needed, and the curiosity to explore emerging AI design tools as part of how we work. You’ll work independently, manage your own priorities, and have space to grow your design practice in a fast‑moving consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign design across integrated campaigns targeting enterprise customers, including email design, landing pages, ad creative, social graphics, event materials and sales collateral.
  • Execute customer materials from the broader team, collaborating with AI tools and a managed ticket system to streamline processes and deliver efficiently.
  • Contribute to brand refresh, then maintaining brand consistency across all campaign materials and evolving brand application as we expand.
  • Build and maintain design systems, templates and asset libraries that allow others to work independently and scale design output without constant creative direction.
  • Coordinate with web development and customer‑facing teams to ensure design translates effectively across channels and platforms.
  • Explore and implement Claude and other emerging AI design tools to understand how they can accelerate design thinking and production, sharing learnings with the broader team.
  • Represent WeBuild‑AI's brand and design thinking in customer meetings, pitch materials and industry‑facing work where design credibility matters.
  • Feed insight back into our marketing strategy and brand positioning, helping us refine how we show up in the market as we grow.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of B2B design experience, ideally in SaaS, consultancy, enterprise marketing or AI‑adjacent sectors.
  • Proven track record of owning campaign design end‑to‑end in fast‑moving marketing environments, with portfolio demonstrating range across multiple formats (emails, landing pages, ads, collateral).
  • Strong visual taste combined with strategic thinking – you can articulate why something works or doesn’t work, you’re comfortable respectfully pushing back on creative direction as well as taking iterative feedback and adjustments within guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritising effectively across competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite or equivalent) and comfort with design systems, asset management and collaborative design workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with bias toward balancing quality delivery with time spent on a project – you know when “good enough” is good enough and when to invest more time, and you’re proactive in creating, sharing and maintaining templates and guides for the team in order to streamline work.
  • Fluency with at least one AI tool in your own workflow (Claude, Midjourney etc), or strong curiosity and willingness to learn as the landscape evolves.
  • Excellent written communication, particularly in design briefs, feedback and asynchronous collaboration.
  • Willingness to work in our London office 3 days a week and occasional travel to meet with customers and partners.
  • Project management – able to manage their own projects.

Nice to have:

  • Brand development or brand refresh experience (been part of brand development).
  • Experience working in or alongside boutique or specialist B2B consultancies (helpful, not essential).
  • Portfolio demonstrating work across multiple verticals or industries (not essential‑ product or industries).
  • Exposure to design for different personas or audience segmentation.
  • Experience helping scale design practice in a growing business.

The Mindset We Value:

  • Frontier Thinking: We're looking for individuals who consistently ask "what if?" and aren't satisfied with the status quo. You should be excited about experimenting with emerging technologies and techniques that haven't yet been applied at enterprise scale.
  • Adaptable Learning: The AI landscape evolves weekly. We need team members who thrive in this rapid change, constantly expanding their skills and adapting their approach as new capabilities emerge.
  • Client Empathy: You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into value that resonates with business stakeholders, bringing them along on the AI transformation journey.
  • Speed with Purpose: We move fast, but always with clear intent. You should be comfortable working in rapid iterations while maintaining a focus on meaningful outcomes.
