We’re looking for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Someone who loves building People foundations from scratch, thrives in a fast-moving tech environment, and is excited to shape an AI-native People function that supports a company built on expertise, delivery excellence and constant learning.
You’ll be the go-to partner for our leaders and team, owning everything across the People lifecycle while building scalable, tech-driven processes that make life easier for everyone.
- Build and lead our People strategy across all areas of the employee experience, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals and business model.
- Be a trusted strategic partner to founders and leaders, providing coaching, data-driven insights and clear recommendations.
AI-Native People Operations
- Design and implement People processes that are AI-powered by default, using automation, tools and workflows to increase speed, quality and consistency.
- Build internal frameworks and knowledge hubs that make it easy for consultants to access guidance, templates and best practice.
- Drive experimentation with AI in everyday PeopleOps, from onboarding and performance conversations to ER documentation and workforce planning.
Talent, Hiring and Onboarding
- Partner with the Talent team to shape hiring plans, build structured hiring processes and support interview capability across the business.
- Own onboarding end-to-end to ensure every new joiner has a clear, high-quality, supportive experience.
- Lead employer brand and early-careers initiatives as we grow.
Performance, Development and Career Frameworks
- Build learning pathways and development programmes tailored to our AI and engineering-focused environment.
People Operations and Compliance
- Oversee contracts, policies, benefits and compliance, ensuring everything is clear, current and aligned with UK employment law.
- Drive People data accuracy and reporting to support decision-making.
- Support leaders to communicate clearly and consistently, especially across client engagements.
Experience in a People Lead or Head of People role within a tech, consultancy or high-growth environment. Strong understanding of UK employment law and People operations in small but scaling teams. Confidence building structure in ambiguity, with the ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute.
