Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand business challenges and translate ambiguous needs into clear, structured requirements.

Analyse problems, challenge assumptions, and identify root causes to shape effective solutions.

Partner closely with engineers and delivery teams to support AI‐enabled and data‐driven initiatives.

Scope and support AI and analytics use cases, contributing to solution evaluation and implementation.

Produce high‐quality, client‐ready deliverables including presentations, reports, and process flows.

Create and maintain agile artefacts such as user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

Support change management activities, including communications and training materials.

Take ownership of workstreams and proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role, ideally in a consulting or delivery‐focused environment.

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information quickly.

Experience translating unclear business needs into structured requirements.

Practical exposure to AI, data, or technology‐enabled projects.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work.

Strong technical literacy, able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams without needing to code.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished, client‐ready materials.

Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at different levels.

Proactive, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working in fast‐changing, ambiguous environments.
