Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Rural Land Management team in Cambridge.

Position Overview You will deliver high-quality estate management and consultancy services, supporting clients across rural land management, valuations and farming business reviews.

Working alongside senior team members, you will also mentor junior colleagues and identify new business opportunities to support the team's growth.

Responsibilities Deliver estate management and consultancy services Support clients as their estate management agent Conduct estate and farming business reviews Undertake valuations across rural property portfolios Mentor and lead junior team members Ensure compliance with professional standards Identify and develop new business opportunities Requirements MRICS qualified on the Rural pathway 6 months to 2 years post-qualification experience Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree Full UK driving licence Strong communication and relationship-building skills Effective time management abilities RICS Registered Valuer status (or working towards) CAAV membership or qualification (desirable) Benefits Comprehensive pension scheme and company car allowance 25 days annual leave with option to purchase 5 additional days Life assurance at 8 times basic salary and income protection How to Apply If you are ready to take the next steps in your career and discuss the opportunity further then we would love to hear from you.
