Our client, a nationally recognised company delivering high-quality land and estate services, is seeking a highly motivated Principal Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on technical challenges, grow professionally, and contribute to the company's success in providing exceptional solutions for their clients.
Position Overview
As the Principal Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical management of large connection projects and land acquisition across the client's portfolio. You will maintain strong client relationships, provide technical guidance on land acquisition, planning regulation, valuation, and compensation, and ensure a continuous performance culture within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of land and estate projects
- Provide technical guidance on land acquisition and planning
- Maintain and build client relationships
- Ensure high levels of client engagement

- Support the client's team servicing the Framework Contract
