Our client, a leading real estate consultancy renowned for their technical excellence and impressive client base, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor to join their team as a Senior Associate Director. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to their prestigious rural estate management clients.

As a Senior Associate Director, you will act as the principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients, offering well-rounded, professional advice and ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables while adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards.

  • Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
  • Undertake estate and farming business reviews
  • Build business development opportunities and identify new business
  • Introduce and deliver diversification projects through innovative thinking

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified rural surveyor with 3-5 years PQE
  • Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent
  • Capable of building relationships with existing and new clients
  • Ability to carry out rural and residential valuations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Wide selection of residential properties and rural sales expertise
