Our client, a leading property consultancy operating across the UK, is seeking an experienced Rural Valuer to join their Oxford team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead valuation services across agricultural and rural residential property while developing your career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Position Overview
You will coordinate and deliver all valuation work across the Oxford area, leading other valuers while managing your own portfolio. Your work will span loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning valuations across rural, residential and development properties, with opportunities to develop new business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all valuations across the Oxford area
- Lead and support other valuers professionally
- Undertake agricultural and rural residential valuations
- Produce high-quality valuation reports
- Manage major valuation portals
- Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
Requirements
- RICS Registered Valuer (FAAV and Expert Witness status advantageous)
- 5+ years' experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations
- Proficient in Word, Excel and mapping software
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to build client relationships and generate business
