The Opportunity

  • Lead and grow the Infrastructure & Utilities team
  • Advise landowners and occupiers affected by infrastructure and utility schemes
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients across East Anglia

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within Infrastructure & Utilities surveying
  • Strong technical knowledge of utility and infrastructure schemes
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • MRICS qualification (or equivalent)
  • A proactive and commercially aware approach
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • The confidence to build trusted client relationships and grow a professional network
