Our client, a leading land agency and chartered surveying practice, is seeking an MRICS qualified Surveyor to join their Morpeth office.

Position Overview You'll deliver land referencing and acquisition work for pipeline and utilities projects, negotiate compensation claims, and undertake rural property appraisals.

This varied role combines technical surveying with client liaison, offering direct involvement in infrastructure projects and rural property transactions across the region.
