Our client, a leading land agency and chartered surveying practice, is seeking an MRICS qualified Surveyor to join their Morpeth office. Responsibilities
- Deliver land referencing for pipeline and utilities projects
- Liaise with landowners to secure project access
- Negotiate compensation claims and complete CPO acquisitions
- Undertake rural property appraisals and valuations
- Maintain records and provide progress reports to clients
- Support and mentor trainee surveyors and land agents
- Identify new business opportunities across the sector
Requirements
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure or rural property sectors
- Strong negotiation and client liaison skills
