Our client is a successful and growing business. It is one of the largest grain marketing businesses in the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK. As a result of continued growth, they are looking for a Farm Trader to join their team.
About the Role
As a Farm Trader, you will be responsible for promoting, managing, and developing business in an agreed sales area. You will be building relationships with both colleagues and growers, ensuring professionalism is always maintained. You will have up-to-date knowledge of the market, being able to provide credible advice to customers.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of working as a Farm Trader in the agricultural sector and have a good knowledge of the industry. You will be a confident communicator and be driven to hit targets. A passion for agriculture is important, as you will be constantly speaking with growers/Farmers about the industry and market.
