They are seeking an MRICS-qualified Senior Surveyor or Associate with a passion for estate management to join their Castle Douglas team, offering genuine career progression and a supportive environment focused on your professional development.

You will work within a team managing retained estates, providing strategic advice and delivering projects from inception to completion. Your work will span landlord and tenant matters, property management, compulsory purchase negotiations, and consultancy services, whilst mentoring junior team members and contributing to business growth.
