Job Purpose As a Hotel Host at The Webster, youll be one of the first faces our guests see and one of the last. Youll help create a smooth, stylish, and memorable arrival and departure experience, making every guest feel welcome, cared for, and at ease from the moment they arrive. Youll be hands-on, guest-focused, and naturally thoughtful, helping to set the tone for the relaxed but polished atmosphere that defines a great lifestyle hotel. What Youll Be Doing Welcome guests, visitors, and residents with warmth, energy, and professionalism. Assist with luggage on arrival, departure, and throughout guests stay. Escort guests to their rooms where appropriate and share useful information about the hotel and local area. Handle, label, store, and deliver luggage carefully and securely. Support the front desk and Concierge team with requests, directions, and general assistance. Keep the entrance, lobby, and luggage areas looking clean, organised, and inviting.
