We are seeking an experienced professional to support a senior team member of our London Project Management team and to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our integrated property development and household management services.

This is an appointment within our London office (Parsons Green) joining a close-knit team. The role focuses on the oversight of Prime and Super Prime residential projects for UHNW clients, ensuring each project operates seamlessly, both functionally and aesthetically.

Working closely with design and contracting teams, the Project Manager will act as a trusted adviser, combining technical surveying expertise with strategic insight and meticulous day-to-day care. The position offers exposure to UK and international projects, supported by WebsterHart’s global network and other principal offices in Paris, the French Riviera, the Cotswolds, and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex Prime and Super Prime UHNW residential projects
  • Deliver project programmes, work stages, and milestones, working collaboratively with design teams and architects
  • Lead and review property/site inspections and survey reports, providing clear, prioritised insight to clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, compliance, risk, and best practice
  • Uphold RICS and RIBA standards, quality assurance, and WebsterHart’s commitment to independence and transparency
  • Act as a principal point of contact for clients, maintaining trusted, long-term relationships

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end residential projects, either as a Project Manager, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor
  • ARB / RIBA / RICS qualified or working towards
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage UHNW clients, professional teams, and contractors with discretion and integrity
  • Full clean driving licence is beneficial
