This is an appointment within our London office (Parsons Green) joining a close-knit and expanding property management team. The role focuses on the oversight and management of Prime and Super Prime residential properties for UHNW clients, working closely with our internal senior team and client representatives, combining attention to detail, strategic oversight, and meticulous timely day-to-day care.
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Subject to the agreed scope of services, a Property Manager must be adaptable and able to work as part of a wider team or solely for periods of time undertaking the following duties, not limited to:
- Overall management of assigned properties, in line with the agreed scope of services.
- Oversee and ensure all planned preventative maintenance procedures are followed, and contractor liabilities are met at all times.
- Monitor and report to the client or client representative on the progress of works, completed maintenance, and any ongoing concerns.
- Source and appoint trusted and reputable contractors appropriate to the specific tasks required.
- Process and review invoices and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and due diligence.
- Prepare and advise on key property budgets for client or family office representative review.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legislative, safety, and regulatory requirements on behalf of the client, staff, and Webster Hart.
- Provide liaison and coordination between clients, household teams, contractors, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver ad hoc and reactive client support and concierge services, where previously agreed and dependent on tasks.
- Dynamic approach and ability to plan and react to potential changes at short notice, at times supporting colleagues in other geographical locations as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Exceptional organisational ability, with the capacity to compartmentalise and manage multiple varied and unrelated tasks simultaneously across various work streams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure and handle unique, complex scenarios.
- Proven experience managing high-end prime/super prime residential properties or private households would be beneficial.
- Previous experience working within private household management, facilities management, or a similar service-led environment.
- Excellent interpersonal I.T. and communication skills, with a client-facing and service-oriented approach.
- Strong technical understanding of property systems, maintenance, and contractor coordination and management.
- Presentable, confident yet discreet, and calm under pressure, with a polished and professional demeanour.
