  • About Webster Hart

Webster Hart manages exceptional private estates, residences and property portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices across the UK and Europe.

We provide tailored estate and property management, project management and financial administration, with discretion and service excellence at the heart of our work.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our London team, taking a leading role in the delivery of complex Prime and Super Prime residential projects for private clients.

This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from the outset, working directly with clients and leading professional teams through all stages of delivery.

Projects range from significant refurbishments and restorations to new-build residences and wider private estates, in the UK and internationally.

You will work closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and other specialists, ensuring that each project is delivered to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

The role combines strong technical and commercial understanding with the judgement, attention to detail and discretion required when working within private residential environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of complex Prime and Super Prime residential projects.
  • Act as a trusted adviser and principal point of contact for clients, providing clear, considered advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
  • Establish and manage project programmes, work stages, budgets, risks, and key milestones.
  • Oversee projects through the relevant RIBA stages, from initial brief and design development through procurement, construction, completion, and handover.
  • Monitor progress, quality, cost, and programme, identifying issues early and driving them through to resolution.
  • Lead project and site meetings and ensure actions and responsibilities are clearly managed.
  • Review property and site inspections, technical information, and reports, translating these into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Oversee tendering, contractor selection, appointments, and contract administration as appropriate.
  • Ensure projects meet relevant statutory, health and safety, compliance, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain the independence, transparency and discretion expected when representing private clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and the wider professional teams supporting their properties.

About you

You will already have substantial experience delivering high-end residential projects and be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Your background may be in project management, architecture, or quantity/building surveying, but you will have progressed beyond simply coordinating individual workstreams.

You should be able to take control of a project, understand where the risks and priorities lie, challenge consultants and contractors appropriately, and give clients clear and confident advice.

Experience working with UHNW private clients, family offices or within the Prime/Super Prime residential market would be particularly valuable.

Just as importantly, you will be practical, commercially aware, and exceptionally well organised.

You will be comfortable dealing with considerable detail without losing sight of the wider project and able to build trusted relationships with demanding clients and experienced professional teams.

  • ARB, RIBA, RICS, CIOB or APM qualification, or another relevant professional accreditation.
  • Demonstrable client-side project management experience or closely comparable experience gained within architecture, surveying, or a construction consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of the design and construction process across the RIBA stages.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary professional teams, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
  • Good understanding of programmes, budgets, procurement, contracts, risk, and change control.
  • The confidence and credibility to advise clients and challenge professional teams where necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly professional, discreet, and considered approach.
  • Experience within the Prime or Super Prime residential sector.
  • Experience working directly with UHNW clients, private family offices, or private estates.
  • Experience of listed buildings, complex refurbishments, or significant private estates.
  • International project experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

  • A senior permanent position within our London team, based in Parsons Green.
  • Exposure to exceptional private residential projects in the UK and internationally.
  • The opportunity to work directly with private clients and leading architects, designers, consultants, and specialist contractors.
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility and autonomy.
  • Salary and title commensurate with experience.
