We are seeking an experienced professional to support the leadership of our London Property Management team and to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our integrated property and household management services.
This is a senior appointment within our London practice (Parsons Green), supporting the management and development of a team of approximately 10 Property Managers. The role focuses on the oversight of Prime and Super Prime residential properties for UHNW clients, ensuring each residence operates seamlessly, both functionally and aesthetically.
Working closely with private clients and family offices, the Associate Director will act as a trusted adviser, combining technical surveying expertise with strategic insight and meticulous day-to-day care. The position offers exposure to an international portfolio across the UK and Europe, supported by WebsterHart’s global network and principal offices in London, Paris, the French Riviera, the Cotswolds, and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities- Support the leadership and professional development of the London Property Management team
- Oversee complex Prime and Super Prime UHNW residential portfolios
- Deliver fully integrated property and household management services, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and review property inspections and survey reports, providing clear, prioritised insight to clients
- Advise on property legislation, compliance, risk, and best practice
- Act as a principal point of contact for clients, maintaining trusted, long-term relationships
- Uphold RICS standards, quality assurance, and WebsterHart’s commitment to independence and transparency
- Proven experience managing high-value Prime and Super Prime residential properties
- Strong background in property inspections, condition reporting, and advisory services
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage UHNW clients and family offices with discretion and authority
