This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Manual Tester supporting a streaming platform. The Manual Tester will design, execute, and document test cases across web, mobile, and TV applications to ensure high-quality releases. Responsibilities include functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, as well as validating UI/UX behaviour, playback, and content availability. The role involves closely collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and provide clear, well-documented defect reports. The Manual Tester will participate in release readiness checks, maintain test documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in manual software testing, including creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and test suites.
  • Ability to perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and/or smart TV applications.
  • Strong skills in defect reporting, including clear steps to reproduce, impact assessment, and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms or media applications (e.g., playback testing, content catalog validation, device compatibility) is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with test management tools and issue trackers (e.g., Jira, TestRail or similar), and basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
