Are you a corporate associate looking for the next step up or a corporate senior associate keen to work for an exciting and innovative law firm with a well-established NI office and the support and client base of a leading global law firm? This role would suit an experienced corporate solicitor ideally 5+ years PQE and will be based in their Belfast office but with a good hybrid working policy.
Their corporate team works across a broad spread of high-value corporate transactions with an impressive client base to include M&A, corporate finance, JVs, corporate advice, debt, and commercial tax. Due to the vibrant start-up and tech sector in NI, this role will involve working across large and often multi-jurisdictional transactions and advisory work to include M&A, investment, corporate governance, and with a focus on IP and Tech Law.

You will be!
- Qualified Solicitor – NI/UK.
- Ideally 5+ years PQE gained working within the corporate practice of a leading commercial law firm.
- Strong technical corporate transactional experience and knowledge ideally to include most of the following areas: M&A, PE, and VC investment process, etc.
- Strong legal drafting skills with experience of drafting a broad range of corporate documents to include shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other ancillary documents.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-lasting and solid client relationships.
- Passion and interest in innovation and tech and working with clients in this sector.
- Highly organized with excellent levels of attention to detail.
