The Role

This is a non-client facing, non-fee earning position supporting the delivery and oversight of legal services across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing legal files to ensure that they adhere to SRA and AML regulations
  • Providing technical legal input to internal legal teams
  • Supporting senior practice management and regulatory compliance
  • Advising senior stakeholders on legal service delivery and risk

About You

  • Qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Strong understanding of AML and SRA regulatory requirements (including Solicitors’ Accounts Rules)
  • Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Interested in developing skills aligned with in-house, compliance, or legal operations roles
