The Role

You will work on a broad, high-quality mix of matters, including:

  • Strategic HR advisory work and complex employment litigation
  • Global employment projects and multi-jurisdictional workforce issues

  • Investigations, DEI initiatives, senior exits, outsourcing, and sensitive advisory work

About You

This role will suit:

  • Qualified Solicitor – 5+ years PQE with PQE gained specialising in employment law within a leading commercial law firm
  • Previous transactional support experience
  • Able to lead on large complex matters and advisory work
  • Strong communication and client management skills and demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional client service
