Legal Director – Real Estate – Belfast (Hybrid Working)

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with significant experience in a leading Real Estate team
  • Confident managing files independently and delivering excellent technical work
  • Experienced in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Strong on commercial landlord and tenant matters, particularly for corporate occupiers
  • Known for being personable, confident and commercially minded
  • A natural collaborator who builds trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Experienced in leading, supervising and mentoring others
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven and committed to delivering high-quality advice
