Join Bunzl Safety. Are you creative, highly organised, and experienced with Adobe Illustrator or Wilcom software? Bunzl Safety is looking for a Branding Design Administrator to join our growing Branding Team in Wednesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in producing high-quality branded workwear and PPE for customers across the UK. Working closely with our Sales, Production and Branding teams, you'll create accurate artwork, manage customer approvals, and ensure designs are production-ready.
What you'll be doing:
- Create and amend artwork using Adobe Illustrator and/or Wilcom.
- Prepare embroidery and heat-seal designs for production.
- Check customer artwork, garment suitability and branding specifications.
- Produce customer approval worksheets and production instructions.
- Liaise with internal sales teams and production departments to ensure artwork accuracy.
- Work with external digitising and print suppliers on more complex designs.
- Maintain accurate design files, coding systems and documentation.
- Resolve production and artwork queries quickly and professionally.
- Deliver work within agreed service levels while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and/or Wilcom.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
