The Organisation
Our client manages green spaces across London.
They are now looking for a Visitor Support Officer to join them on a permanent, full-time basis, working 36 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will be working on site 5 days per week.

The Role
As a Visitor Support Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to visitors by responding to phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions at the reception desk at our client’s headquarters in London.
Alongside the Visitor Support team, you will triage and answer visitor support enquiries, ensuring accurate record keeping of relevant information via our client’s CRM and other internal systems, ensuring key visitor feedback is acknowledged, and investigating and responding to complaints, escalating where necessary to support an effective and timely resolution.
You will also manage face-to-face interactions with external and internal colleagues and visitors, as well as perform building administrative tasks.
About You
To be considered as a Visitor Support Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing and/or service environment
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
