WEBRECRUIT is supporting a homelessness charity in Twickenham by recruiting a Mental Health Access Worker.

You will be the consistent point of contact for clients who are rough sleeping or living with mental ill-health, helping them access services to manage their wellbeing and sustain housing.

You will assess needs, deliver personalised case management, run Drop-In sessions and Workshops, and guide clients on their journey toward independence with dignity and practical support.
