The working pattern for this role is typically 08:00 to 16:30, predominantly Monday to Friday, with 2 days working from home.

The Role
As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will support Healthcare Operations and the wider Yusen Control Tower, ensuring service excellence for our final mile contracts.
You will oversee supplier warehouse and transportation activities, maintain strong communication with suppliers and customers, and support continuous improvement processes.
You will assist in analyzing data, preparing performance reports, maintaining accurate system records, and monitoring inventory and transportation reporting.
Additionally, you will:
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Supply Chain Manager
- Provide operational support to team members, including cross-training to cover holidays and absences
- Participate in customer and supplier review meetings
About You
To be considered as a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience working in a similar logistics role, preferably within 3PL/4PL environments
- Polish, Spanish, French, or German language skills
- The ability to build relationships across various levels within the organization and with clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
