Established in 2003, Hamilton Erskine Limited manufactures and supplies a range of innovative protection glass solutions to customers in the private and public sectors to meet a wide range of vital needs. We are involved in continual Research and Development projects involving the development of cutting-edge technology in materials and related testing to refine and increase the range of security and safety products. Within this, our Tecdur range of specialist glass products provides pioneering protection solutions against physical, ballistic and blast incidents.
We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead sales and the commercial development of our innovative glass-polymer security and privacy products across existing and emerging markets in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by identifying new product sectors, building strong customer relationships, and managing key contract negotiations. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you’ll ensure accurate forecasting that supports production planning, maintain profitability through pricing strategies, and support innovation to improve sales effectiveness.
Additionally, you will:
- Drive brand visibility through marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials
- Provide technical advice to customers
- Manage enquiries from initial lead to final quotation
- Represent the business at trade exhibitions and events
- Contribute to the development of new product ideas aligned with market needs
About You
To be considered as our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Experience in a strategic sales role within an organisation that supplies products and/or services to customers in multiple regions
- A demonstrable track record of delivering on set targets
- Strong influencing skills with customers and senior management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems
- A full, valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel in the UK, Ireland and EU, typically around four-six days per month
