Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our Marketing team at the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. If you have a passion for design, strong management skills, and love bringing brand visual identity to life, this could be the role for you!
As our Graphics Services Team Leader, you’ll oversee the staff and work programmes within our graphic services unit. You'll guide our team (including a Designer and seasonal driver) and external contractors to deliver dynamic, high-quality design solutions across print, display, and digital media.
You’ll work closely with team members and internal clients across the Authority to ensure every project is innovative, accessible, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- A relevant Graphic Design qualification (a degree is desirable).
- Significant experience working in a design studio environment across all stages of production.
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress, and graphic software.
- Great team-leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- An understanding of accessible design for all audiences.
- Welsh language skills (desirable) and a full UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
A salary of £35,412-£38,220 per annum, minimum 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus public holidays, generous local government pension scheme, great flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.
