We’re looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative individual to join our Marketing team. If you have a passion for graphic design and want to help shape how people experience and enjoy the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this could be the role for you! As a Designer, you’ll support the day-to-day creation and delivery of our corporate graphic requirements. This includes crafting everything from publications, exhibition displays, and site interpretation panels to digital graphics, vehicle livery, signage, and retail merchandise. You’ll work closely with internal clients and team members to provide creative input from inception through to final production, ensuring all design work is high quality, accessible, and on-brand.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A relevant Graphic Design qualification (NVQ, Degree, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a graphic design studio or freelance environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and QuarkXPress.
- A strong understanding of design for print, production artwork, and digital/website applications.
- Great communication, problem-solving, and project-organisation skills.
- Welsh language skills, experience designing bilingual materials, and photoshoot planning experience (desirable).
Salary and Benefits: A salary of £30,518-£32,061 per annum, minimum 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus public holidays, generous local government pension scheme, great flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.
