This role offers hybrid working with two days per week in our London office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced philanthropy leader with strong project management and financial planning expertise to join our purpose-driven organisation. You’ll have the chance to influence a new model for giving, strengthening connections between people and communities, and seeing your work translate into meaningful, scalable impact.
As the Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will lead our new Philanthropy Pilot, turning an ambitious idea for increasing giving and community action into a successful and scalable proposition. You will take ownership of the Pilot’s development, delivery and evaluation, co-ordinating activity across the Foundation and working closely with Lloyds Banking Group and other partners to manage risk, develop propositions and embed clear measures of impact.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee commissioned support, agreements and contracts
- Lead the adoption of fundraising compliance policies and standards
- Develop recommendations for the future of the Pilot based on its learning
- Represent us in philanthropy forums and partnerships
- Share the Pilot’s progress and learning through internal and external communications
About You
To be considered as our Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will need:
- Fundraising or philanthropy management experience
- Experience in the development, management and control of budgets and financial plans
- Experience commissioning work, managing contracts and freelancers
- Comprehensive project design and project management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
