Our client focuses on ensuring every primary school in the UK has a dedicated library space.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and book fulfilment partner;
- Support complex and large-scale procurement;
- Reconcile finance records;
- Maintain contacts database and sales records;
- Support school recruitment and training delivery;
- Develop and maintain administration systems and workflow processes;
- Work closely with Project Managers to deliver a nationwide programme;
- Travel to London as required, at least roughly one day a week; travel costs not covered.
What our client is looking for:
- Experience of administration and team support;
- Use of contact databases and content management systems;
- Proven track record in budget management and financial reconciliation;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Experience in education or library sector is an advantage.
