We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our busy, friendly team in SW19.
This is more than just a call‑centre role—you’ll be the voice of EHM London, working alongside our Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to make sure our customers get the very best service possible.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Be part of a supportive and collaborative customer service team.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and care.
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored support.
- Process orders efficiently and follow up on product queries using our internal systems.
- Support the external Sales Team with upselling, cross‑selling, and identifying gaps in product portfolios.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
- Make daily outbound calls to generate repeat orders and maintain customer engagement.
- Manage a shared inbox, responding to queries and working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Help the team hit KPIs, including call answering times and order value targets.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment—handling 50–60 calls per day (more during peak times).
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is great, but not essential—we’ll train you!
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A confident multitasker who enjoys a varied, fast‑moving role.
