WEBRECRUIT is seeking a Leaving Care Officer in Bristol. The role is part-time (22.5 hours) per week, with the possibility to extend to full-time, on a permanent basis. It offers flexible working across Monday to Friday.
You will support young people aged 18+ leaving care, manage a caseload, and develop person-centred plans with risk assessments, coordinating with Personal Advisers and other professionals to promote independence.
