Serving a variety of sectors, our client is an award-winning provider of packaging solutions. They are proud to supply global brands across the confectionery, dairy, and carton markets. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Labourer / Cleaner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 12 noon to 10 pm.

The Role
As a Labourer / Cleaner, you will help ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout our client’s factory. Specifically, you’ll maintain cleanliness across production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and storage spaces, using equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers to keep all areas to a high standard. You’ll also support production by keeping operators stocked with raw materials and assisting with the movement of materials and finished products across the site. Additionally, you will:
- Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards promptly
About You
To be considered as a Labourer / Cleaner, you will need:
- Experience of handling cleaning equipment and PPE trucks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- A basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good time management skills and reliability
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
