We’re looking for a commercially minded professional to join our growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in winning new business, supporting customer growth, and driving profitability through intelligent product selection and commercial solutions.

Working closely with Commercial, Category, Supply Chain and Service Centre teams, you’ll lead product coding, identify the best product solutions for tenders and customer opportunities, and help maximise margins while delivering outstanding service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead product selection and coding for new tenders and customer opportunities.
- Create and manage new product codes where required.
- Recommend commercially viable product solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins through product substitution and range optimisation.
- Support customer mobilisations and ensure product readiness for implementation.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver competitive, compliant solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer spend across additional product categories.
