We’re seeking a friendly, experienced, and dependable Retail Supervisor with experience in retail stock and a strong eye for merchandising and stock organization to join our Theme Park and Resort retail team. Our department features a wide variety of outlets including gift shops, mobile kiosks, themed stores, and photo points, offering a fun and dynamic work environment.
As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead by example to ensure the smooth daily operation of our retail outlets. You’ll help keep each shop well stocked, beautifully presented, and welcoming for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Undertake key holder responsibilities, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with commercial managers to arrange team rotas.
- Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries with the stores department.
- Upsell items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and well-presented always.
- Share your park knowledge to answer guest queries confidently.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
- Previous stock and store replenishment experience.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
