Our client is dedicated to supporting everyone working in horticulture. From gardeners and landscapers to greenkeepers, tree surgeons, and grounds maintenance professionals, they help those who work with plants, trees, flowers, and grass to live healthy, happy, and successful lives.

They provide free and confidential advice, financial assistance, and preventative services to thousands of individuals each year.

They are now seeking a Director of Services to lead their support programmes and ensure they remain impactful and future-ready. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing their services, overseeing safeguarding practices, and shaping the direction of their preventative and financial support programmes.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Services will lead and develop their services, championing the needs of horticulturalists and their families. They will play a vital role in expanding our client’s reach, including building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

They are looking for a leader with experience in service delivery, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to transform and expand the reach of services.
