Salary: £57,028 - £63,364 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented procurement professional with contract management expertise to play a vital role in shaping the quality of the homes and services B3Living provides. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of compliant, customer‑focused procurement activity, working closely with colleagues, residents and their representatives to develop effective procurement solutions that deliver best value. Acting as a trusted commercial partner through forging strong relationships, you will deliver joined‑up solutions that bring together operational, technical and commercial elements. You’ll provide expert advice throughout the procurement and contract lifecycle, ensuring procurement decisions reflect customer needs, social value and sustainability objectives.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end procurement activities, including complex and high‑value procurements
  • Experience developing procurement strategies and selecting appropriate routes to market
  • Experience supporting effective contract management, including KPIs, performance monitoring and supplier relationships
  • A strong understanding of public procurement principles, including the Procurement Act 2023
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance cost, quality, performance and risk
