We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the catering operations at Bolsover Castle, delivering c.£300,000 income p.a. The role is full‑time and permanent.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee all aspects of the F&B operations, including food safety, cost controls, compliance and menu planning. You will line‑manage a team of Food & Beverage Assistants with support from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and conduct PDRs, produce rotas and perform other relevant team management duties.

Qualifications:

You will have significant experience in a hospitality background and demonstrable experience of previously managing an F&B outlet in a similar environment. You should thrive in a hospitality environment, motivate a team to excel, and be incredibly organised and efficient.
