Working closely with schools, families and partner organisations, you will provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and their families who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional wellbeing concerns, neurodiversity, family difficulties, bereavement, financial hardship, housing issues and social isolation. The Role
