The organisation’s entire product portfolio is designed in-house, manufactured offshore, shipped to their headquarters in Carrickfergus, and distributed to retailers across the UK, ROI and Europe.

They are now looking for a talented individual to join the finance team as a Finance Analyst, with a focus on Purchase Ledger & Reporting. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will initially be heavily focused on accounts payable, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of supplier transactions. As the company implements its new ERP system, the role will progressively transition towards financial analysis and reporting, providing support to the Group Financial Controller and wider business.

This position is ideal for someone with strong accounts payable experience, excellent Microsoft Excel data skills, and the ambition to develop into a more senior finance role. Previous experience of accounts payable, administration, processing credit card reconciliations and financial reporting would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage supplier transactions and accounts payable.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of supplier transactions.
  • Support the implementation of the new ERP system.
  • Progress towards financial analysis and reporting supporting the Group Financial Controller and wider business.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably gained within a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills & computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and experience in finance software.
